"Initially, Solutions Concrete was one of the best companies I have dealt with. They came out the same day to give a quote, were patient and understanding when we had to change project details, and were quick to respond and happy to answer questions. However, as soon as we tried to plan a day to have the foundation poured, everything changed. I was told (on a Wednesday) that they would let me know if they would be out the same day or the next day. I never heard anything back (despite calling several times). On Monday, I was able to speak to someone. However, I had to go over the project details again. We discussed days and agreed on Wednesday. However, no one ever came out and I never received a call to confirm/reschedule. I tried calling, texting, and sending a message through Angi, but no one ever responded. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience."

"From water in my house, due to Hurricane Milton, and the discovery of cracks on the exterior of my concrete block house â ¦ to a week of digging, grinding, cementing, and waterproofing the slab, the interior walls of two rooms, and fixing cracks in the exterior walls of my house, this was quite an experience! As annoying and disruptive as something like this can and will be, all in all it wasnâ t nearly as bad as I anticipated, mainly due to Brian, the lead. He was informative, asked my opinion, explained why things were done as they were, and went over and above to keep me in the loop. Both he and Corey were respectful and pleasant at all times. As you can imagine, as a woman living alone, it is difficult to have male workers in and out of the house. At no time was I concerned. Yes, this experience was a bit disruptive and I knew it would be â ¦ but it was ever so less painful and disruptive than I thought it would be and I thank Brian for that. And, I no longer have to worry about water in my house from hurricanes. May I also say that the response from this company was exceptional. I entered my information into their website the day after the hurricane hit. Within 15 to 20 minutes, I received a phone call from the CEO. We talked a bit and he made an appointment for the next week. He kept me informed by text as to his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. He told me what the company would do and sent a contract to me which I signed. I was given a start date and it never changed. The work that was done by the team that arrived was what he said would happen. How incredibly refreshing that a company actually did what they say they would do in the timeframe that was set. Thank you again. I hope I am never in the position to need this companyâ s services again. ð But, for anyone else out there who is, I donâ t believe you could do much better than Advanced Environmental Services. Five stars are not enough."

"I used this company once before. It was satisfactory so I decided to use them again. Yesterday, at 6:15am, I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing regarding an emergency broken pipe in my front yard. The dispatcher told me they would send someone out as an urgent call. Then she informed me it could be between 8am and 12pm. I again informed her that the emergency was that water could possibly come into my home. She told me yes; she would mark the call as urgent. I then called Polk County utilities to shut off my water. They arrived at 8:20am and was able to turn off the water. I was patiently waiting for Benjamin Franklin to arrive and at 11:30am I received a call saying that now no one could be here till 3PM. I then said I would go to a Dr. Appointment I had and would be back before the 3PM appointment. At 3:30pm, I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, and they now told me I would have to wait till 6pm. I said to the dispatcher I been waiting just about 12 hour I cancelled the call."

"All started well, work was completed in full. Job has many areas that need to be fixed as pavers are coming off of the steps and sinking in some areas, I contacted the owner on April 4th, been getting the run around and am still waiting to hear back, it is now April 23. I think I have been very patient, I need this fixed immediately."
