Very nice gentleman came out. Look at ceiling and commented that he didn't know if he could duplicate. Said he would go home and never called back. A "natural sponge" was needed to duplicate.

Thomas returned our calls promptly and came out the same day to give an estimate. He and two helpers were able to get the job done in a few days and it looks amazing. The clean-up wasn't as good as I would have liked. He left sharp wire mesh and bits of tar paper in the driveway. He also dumped the excess stucco in a big lump onto our gravel driveway and covered it with some extra gravel we had in a pile. There was some confusion on the price and since there wasn't a written estimate (my mistake for not insisting on it), I didn't really have any proof, but the job ended up $150 more than verbally agreed upon. Remember to get a written estimate. Overall we are very happy with the final product and the price was definitely right even with the misunderstanding on the estimate.
Description of Work: Thomas put up tar paper and wire mesh, then applied stucco to the exterior walls to an addition to our home.

Thomas came back on our agreed day and time and I have to say he is a master! I am so happy with the work that he did in repairing my ceiling. He removed the damaged area and the texture he applied matched perfectly. Thomas Keith is meticulous in his work, a pleasure to meet, and I highly recommend him. Everyone that saw his work was extremely impressed. Thanks to Mr. Keith I no longer have to look at the unsightly damaged ceiling in my kitchen. It looks beautiful again. I am so pleased to have joined Angie's List and found Mr. Keith. I will be hiring him again. Thank you!
Description of Work: My kitchen ceiling had water damage from an air conditioning leak that occurred a few years ago. Since the ceiling is textured, I had asked many friends, including a handyman, what it would take to repair. Everyone I asked had no idea and could not recommend someone who could fix it. Then I joined Angie's List and found Thomas Keith. I called him and he came over the next day to take a look at the damage and give me an estimate. I immediately felt confident in his ability and did not look any further for another estimate.

Thomas is a very courteous, friendly, very fair-priced, hard working man. He knows & can do all the different plaster & masonry methods etc.
Description of Work: Thomas did 3-4 jobs for us. Plastered three large wall areas damaged by water leaks, also was able to match existing sand finish about 30 years old. He also fixed a hole left by replacing a/c unit on side of house, also matching perfectly, the existing stucco random brick work design.
