Service providers e-mail response verified he did this type of repair, but I would have to wait 2 months for a service date( November 16th ) and it would be one day only. I wanted to be sure the project wasn't out of the scope of the Big Deal I purchased, and requested a cost estimate before the job started. We agreed on a date for him to contact me by phone, but I didn't hear from him, or at any time after the agreed date. Never got a cost estimate.
