"Excellent! To begin, Mark was punctual. After showing him the screen panel to be replaced, I asked if it would not be too much of a problem to give me a quote for the entire patio. He said, "No problem at all; I can have that for you in just a few minutes." After getting the quote, I decided to have all the screens replaced, but I was not sure if Mark would be able to at that time. Mark called Matt, the owner, and they were able to juggle their schedule to accommodate the longer time needed for a complete installation. In minutes, Mark was clearing the area and began to get his tools and materials. From time to time I would check to see how Mark was doing. He was very organized, took care and pride in his work, and protected our patio furniture as if it was his own. Note: He laid all the old screens and scraps in one neat pile for easy clean-up. After Mark completed the job, I checked his work. The screens looked as beautiful as they did when I first moved in twelve years ago. While Mark was collecting his materials and cleaning the area, I texted my next door neighbor my quote and Superior Rescreening's business card. He asked, "When are you getting that done. "They were very friendly. The work is good. Although I voiced some concerns I have but nothing was done about my concerns. I basically have a non functional ramp. In my opinion. My concern were if the wheelchair could go in and out the door. Then the ramp ends at the end of cement slab. So you have to go off slab into grass and then on the ramp. I can't push it in the grass and that area floods when it rains. Then I asked about handrails and was told it would have them But only half the ramp has handrails. Then on the side rails on ramp are off center which makes it look unfinished like it's missing a rail. Also questioned a soft spot with a small lip . That's all it was was addressed nothing else. I was told they would fix it so I wouldn't have to go in the grass but that never happened. That was over a month ago and haven't heard from him since."
