"In Jan 2019, we paid them $3100 to rescreen our pool area. We were given a 5 year Warranty. It looked like a great job and they had to come out and replace a panel a rat ate through, and we paid for that. Perfect. Then we got iguanas that pulled 2 panels from the roof side of the house. We offered to pay for those, However, there are 6 more panels that came loose and the spine is hanging and loose panels are flapping that were NOT done by the animals. The workmanship should last more than 6 months. We have not had any storms and with just daily weather, so many panels should not have come loose. We called, texted, sent letters with no response. We only want the screens repaired as stated in the 5 year warranty, which is not being honored. We don't like doing bad reviews but are really hurt that the screen warranty is not honored. $3100 is a lot of money for us and we are back where we were with bad screens. All we want is, the screens fixed and we will pay for the 2 panels damaged by the iguanas. Thank you."

"I am very disappointed with this company. We had seven windows installed with only one installer. Sam was on his phone most of the time while doing the job. My understanding is that Sam, the installer, is a subcontractor. He had trouble with one of the windows and cracked our marble window sill in two places. He informed me that we signed a paper indicating Window World is not responsible for minor damages of window sills, etc. I contacted Window World and a representative was sent. The representative, Misty, agreed with me, but the company won’t repair it. I obtained a price of $1,750 from one contractor to replace the sill. I don’t consider this minor damage. I am so happy that only one sill was cracked. The county inspector failed the inspection due to missing screws. Misty came back and said the screws were fine and informed me the county inspector would return. I emailed the company regarding the inspection and received no reply. I called to ask when the county inspector would return and an appointment was set up. They also sent another Window World representative, Joe, to come before the inspection to check for missing screws. Joe did a good job and installed missing screws. The inspection passed so I was the able to put the window sash stops in place. However, when I did, I discovered that one of the stops does not cover a large gap. I am done trying to get satisfaction from this company, so I give up on notifying Window World. I would think twice before using this company."

There was also issues of installion of AC Unit . I had to hire another AC Company to bring the Unit up to code so it will pass inspection for the Building Permit in which I had to pull the Permit. "My carport roof had some serious water damage and since it was original to the house I decided to replace the roof along with a small front porch roof. Once we finally got the city permit and got back into the schedule, the work was completed in one day with some follow-up painting a few days later. Three sheets of sheathing, about 15ft of facia and the 2 X 8 backing the facia had to be replaced. I was impressed they used a pressure treated 2 X 8 when all the existing rafters were pine. In replacing the porch roof, some of the existing stucco had to be removed and replaced requiring repainting to match the existing yellow paint. Perfect match. Cleanup of the old roof trash was excellent. I found one small piece of tarpaper in the shrubs and none in the yard or driveway. Bottom line is I was very pleased with the great work Greg and his crew did. I would definitely recommend A Tite Seal roofing."
