"They are really good at coming to your home and selling you these windows and will hover over you as you sign the sales agreement. Once that is signed, good luck. In addition to the poor window quality, they have destroyed my walls, windowsills, and baseboards. Windowwall sent another team out to "fix" the issues but did not fix them, instead asked me if I know how hard it is to install windows....not my problem? So then inspection day came and the windows failed. It has been a month now and still haven't heard back from windowwall. The windows cannot pass inspection until the scratched window is replaced, and another window that needs to be worked on because the window will not open. The inspector told me that if these windows were installed in his home, he would take them to court for how bad of a job they did. Lastly, if the sales rep tells you that they install noseeum screens DO NOT believe them and will not honor the promise!"

"Went very well. Larry showed up at 8:30AM as scheduled . Doors were very old, both screws and rollers on doors were odd size. Larry left and returned within an hour with the correct parts. He and his co-worker cleaned the slider rails and replaced the rollers. Doors now slide good as new."

With multiple cancellations and rescheduling. Predatory financing terms, that allow them to leave you high and dry with parts left on your property after county inspection. Countless times throughout the experience I was told one thing by an individual, than another from a different person - in regards to both the installation, and financing. Completely untrustworthy, nasty customer service staff. No communication or accountability with shutter installers. Unreachable sales associate, who everyone passes the responsibility to. When I brought my concerns up too customer service, they threatened and pulled my financing for my project. After the shutters were installed the scaffolding was left on my property, blocking my driveway for 4 days additional. Shutter broke an hour after repair"
