Goode Brothers Roofs and Gutters

I had goode brothers install gutters on 2 houses as there prices were good and they offer a 20 year warranty. I had a issue with the installation on one of the houses because they didn't install enough downspouts so water would run into my house in heavy downpours. I called and finally they agreed to send a worker out to fix the problem but unfortunately he forgot to bring any material, but promised he would be back. He never showed up and after repeated phone calls and messages I had to have another company come re-pitch the gutters and add downspout

This review is way overdue, but I did want to take some time to ensure that the service and craftsmanship the Goode Brothers provided was indeed worthy of a positive review. It has been several months since the Goode Brothers installed our gutters and we have had several hard rains since the installation. we have seen no issues. The work they performed exceeded our expectations and for a more than fair price. the customer service and response to our questions was performed quickly and professionally. We were most satisfied by their quick responses and explanations to our questions/concerns that we felt very confident in hiring them. Quentin was very patient in explaining exactly what needed to be done and Ashley was responsive to other questions we I had. The work was scheduled and started on time and the job was performed within one day. The crew did a fantastic job of clean-up and the area left spotless.

It was excellence service and really fast. I would recommend them because they are affordable and they finish the job one day. They are very honest because when they check my gutter, they didn't touch the good one and just replace the part that need to be replace. They clean afterwards. They are the best.

Awesome job, they came out quickly to give an estimate. Then they arrived as scheduled. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them to all.

They were responsive to my request for a quote, provided a quote for an optional replacement I asked about, and the prices were very reasonable. There was a slight delay in providing the service but those happen. A crew of 3 performed the cleaning and repairs, they were on-time, were professional, did a good job, and cleaned-up afterwards. We found the Goode Brothers Company at the Home and Patio show. They are competitive with pricing compared to other companies. Overall, look great and were installed quickly.

They were great, very capable, knew what they were doing, prices were good and the showed up when they were supposed to. They did an excellent job and I couldn't say enough praises about them.

The job was not a professional installation by any means. After the first rain I discovered all 6 corners on the gutter system leaked badly. The crew came back and sealed those corners, but I have since found other issues with leaks and proper pitch. Goode brothers website says they use a ping pong ball to test pitch to insure proper draining, but at no time did they use that method, I even asked them where their ping pong ball was and they looked at me like they did not know what I was talking about. I called and asked three times that one of the owners come out with the crew, but the crew showed up without the owner. I sent them away. I will fix what I can on the gutters and hire another company to correct the rest.

Very well contractor showed up when promised. Stayed until job was completed and cleaned up all dervish when finished
