I was an employee at 3G. I did my job and did it well. I left the Florida office to work for their Michigan office, two separate businesses. The Florida business never paid me what I was owed. How are they going to honor your warranty when they can't even honor their employees wages?

Patrick was the person who came to extend my gutters from the garden to the lawn he did a great job also the 3G Company did a great job on the new Lanai the Lanai was completed a couple of weeks ago but Patrick was here today they were very quick about coming I only called 2 days ago.great work ...Thank, Patrick

We thought this was a ligament good company but we were sold a bunch of crap. They sub out and they took forever to start and get back to us when we called. They did a super gutter and there is not enough fall and has 3 leaks. Their answer is to put more caulking to stop the leaks but that just detours the flow of water. They had ripped several pool screens which they did replace but to date we still have a gutter that leaks across the pool and have heard nothing from our several phone calls to them. I would never hire them again.

I would NOT use 3G. Poor quality work and disappointing respect for my home. You have 3 days to cancel after signing your contract. Good luck getting hold of anyone.

Alex was great from the start - straight shooter and knows his business - Brandi followed up and was efficient and quick to respond - All in they were great and I would highly recommend calling them for any Lanai work!

good overall but I call them to fix a mistake and still no response after more than a week It is also too pricey

The technician, Manual, was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He ensured I understood everything, gave me a decent quote and the rest is history. His work is outstanding - deserves a raise!

3G performed a porcelain tile installation for me in two rooms. One was a large master bedroom and the other was a sitting room. They had to remove all the old carpet and underlayment and level off the floor with levelng compound. They completed the job with absolutely no disturbance whatsoever. They also removed wallpaper from our living room, sitting room and hugh laundry room. They primed and then painted all three rooms. Their work was impeccable. Great worker's and management team. No ifs and or butts. Highly recommend.
