"I was referred to Certifed Climate Control by my father-in-law because he was so pleased with his installation of a new HVAC this fall. The area manager, Alex, came and gave the most thorough quote of any of the companies that we contacted. Other companies were at my house for 15 minutes and didn't even go up in my attic. Alex from CCC was at my house for over an hour and looked at every detail needed to do a proper install. On the day of the install Steve and Tommy arrived on time. It took one full day and they worked through lunch. They didn't stop to eat food until 4pm. Alex the area manager showed up midday to check progress on the install and give them the help they needed to finish the job in one day. All of the guys are very professional and have great work ethic. We are very pleased with our decision to go with CCC. Two weeks after the install we are loving our new unit with a wifi thermostat and humidity control! I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new HVAC unit. Oh and did I mention they were the lowest in price?!"

"I had new AC components (inside evaporator and outside fan and condenser) installed two years ago, but I had not replaced the blower motor at the same time. This was my mistake because AC is useless if the cooled air cannot be moved throughout the house. In any case the technician from Ray French arrived on time (about 1pm), diagnosed the problem within about 30 minutes, and to my surprise was able to get a replacement motor (Goodman brand) from a store in Gainesville and then install the motor by the end of the day (about 5pm). He even inspected the rest of the AC system and its operation before finishing. I can't say enough about how great my experience with Ray French AC & Heating was. Both the dispatcher and technician were prompt, efficient, and very professional. I will definitely hire them for all future work."
