They also identified mold on the wall and wires w/ in the unit and recommended a WJ light system. I will schedule a separate appt. to have installed in another week. (they cleaned mold off before leaving)."

"Ice maker was not making ice. Called on a Friday and scheduled an appointment for Monday 9-12. Technician called ahead 30 minutes and showed up in the agreed upon time frame. Diagnosed in 5 minutes the the ice maker needed to be replaced. He had one on the truck and it was installed in about 5 minutes. Was also not getting water from the side door dispenser. He diagnosed a bad water valve and offered to replace for the price of the part only, no labor. I declined, as I can live without the water being dispensed, but I did appreciate the offer. Overall, a pleasant experience.

"No problems at all. This same company installed my AC system back in 2002 and they still had me on record. I called on a Monday morning and the tech was at my door that afternoon. He was very friendly, clean, and professional. It was nothing major so he was in and out in less than an hour and my AC was back to normal. He just had to replace the capacitor that starts the fan going on the outside unit. Hope to squeeze a few more years out of this system before I have to replace it. When that time comes, I'll definitely give these guys a call for an estimate.
