"Installation (including the professionalism of the installers) was excellent. Same with the quality of the materials. What keeps me from giving 5 stars across the board is the ridiculously long wait to get the project scheduled. I was informed that installation would be done in 6 to 8 weeks. By the 10th week I began making weekly inquiries to the Tampa FL office; where the response was polite and reassuring. However, the job was not completed until the 12th week."

When my wife and I encountered an emergency remodel that was necessary to complete on a short turnaround in our son's nursery, Don answered the call. His quote to install a bay window seat with built in cubby holes for our son's books matched his exact quote, work was completed on time, the work met our expectations to the letter, and Don was excellent on communicating the entire time.
