"Tibi called back the same afternoon and came out with his father the next day to give us an estimate. Very pleasant young man, easy to work with. Came in mid range of 4 estimates. They were able to start the next week. Pressure washed the house, driveway and patio the first day. Second day did caulking and prep which included fixing cracks in the stucco. Two more days to paint soffit/fascia with sprayer and roller the stucco. Couldn’t be more pleased! Everything looks beautiful! Tibi’s father was the true craftsman on this job. He does fantastic work and is efficient, neat and thorough."

"Real professionals. Very fair quote for the work. Excellent painting. They were very accommodating about fitting- in three rooms in their tight schedule. These will be the guys who will finish the rest of the interior when we are ready. Great company."

"Peter and his crew are the best. They have painted both the exterior and interior of our home. Peter has also done significant remodeling in our home. Rebuilding a exterior wall and adding two windows to the house. Very professional, timely, and always within budget. I would recommend ACS without hesitation."

"I give this company 5 stars. I had my dining room and living room Ceiling painted. They prepped the room so no paint would get on the walls or the floor. And thanks to Kerlyn, for Sticking to the original estimate after I had changed my mind on the color of paint at the last minute. All of it looks good. They also had repaired my moulding, and painted it at no cost."

"In June Andy was doing an interior paint job across the street from us. The house had been recently sold and Andy had been hired by the real estate agent on behalf of the new owner. He had previously done work for the agent and she recommended him. Our house was struck by lightning at the same time and Andy had pointed out a hole in the front of our house, from the lightning exiting our attic, that we hadn’t noticed. We had not been happy with our previous house painting and took the opportunity to schedule Andy to do our house. He and his team came shortly after and did a great job on which we’ve received many compliments, both for the quality of the paint job, but also their work ethic and friendliness. They were meticulous and thorough and since have received further customers in the neighborhood. We have enjoyed a warm relationship with Andy and would continue to recommend him highly. Archie and Marcella Woodworth"

Interior Painting questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can pressure wash epoxy floors, but you must take precautions to avoid damaging the surface. While most epoxy floors can be cleaned with a mop, you might choose to pressure wash if the floor is stained, has ground-in dirt, or is covered with mold or mildew. To do so safely, first soak any stains or dirty areas with a gentle cleanser. Use a lower pressure setting with a gentle nozzle, such as a green, white, or black tip, or a 45-degree angled tip. Keep the spray nozzle at least 18 inches away from the floor to protect the surface. Using a surface cleaner attachment or a rotary scrubber can also help prevent overspray. Be cautious if using a power washer that heats the water, as the combination of heat and pressure may be too powerful and could damage the epoxy coating.

Professionals handle heavy lifting, proper disposal, and recycling, reducing environmental impact.

Most handy homeowners can tackle removing texture from unpainted walls. Removing texture from painted walls is a bit trickier. Paint acts as a sealant, so you can’t soften the texture with water. Instead, you’ll have to add a layer of drywall compound known as a skim coat. This process is messy and takes some practice.

DIY is possible with strippers or sanding, but professional services ensure efficiency and prevent surface damage.

Yes, WD-40 can be used to remove dried paint, including spray paint, from surfaces like metal because it acts as a solvent. To use this method, spray enough WD-40 to completely cover the paint and let it sit for five to ten minutes. Afterward, gently scrub the area with a cloth to remove the paint. Be aware that this method might leave behind a greasy film that can attract dirt.
