Andy's Concept Painting

The presentation I was given with the estimate showed a quality company, however, it was NOT reflective of the quality of work that was actually done. I was DISMAYED with the quality of workmanship and the DECEPTIVE post video and photos I received at the end of the job. I had to hire another professional to address the DAMAGE that was done. Paint was splattered on the dark tile floor throughout the house, the granite countertop, doorknobs, window handles, etc. etc. The job was left unfinished in including an unpainted door and the closet in the master bedroom. A wicker dresser was left outside on the patio in the rain. When I addressed the issue with Andy, I was not believed nor treated with respect. Andy did go to the house and try to make reparations, however, the floor remained with paint splattered on it and a clear footprint with treads remained. He was not candid that he had not taken care of this. The 1st,3rd,5th photos were taken AFTER the reparations!

Andy came personally to our house to measure, the estimate arrived promptly by e mail. The cost was reasonable, mid range to the other two quotes we received. The day of commencement of work was the following Monday. The crew arrived on time and taped off the areas carefully. The resurfacing of the ceiling a very messy job was completed with minimal residual disruption . Andy's teams were quiet ,efficient ,polite ,respectful people, and we felt safe leaving the house while they were working as Andy assured us all background checks were researched. We had additional work added on and Andy gave us a good price as there was work underway already .Andy returned to our house half way through our project to inspect his teams work and to be sure we were satisfied. We found' Andy's painting INC' to be a welcome change in a world where customer satisfaction and reliability is a thing of the past .We would recommend Andy and his team without reservation to anyone who needs ceiling resurfacing ,painting, tiling ,pool deck painting or any other related work.

Andy’s painting is absolutely amazing! They painted the interior and exterior of our house and did the most amazing work! They also did my epoxy floors and if there was more stars than 5 , I would give it! I’m telling you that if you need anything done, you definitely need to use them! You will be super impressed!

Andy and his crew did a wonderful job painting my ceiling, trim and doors, all walls and garage walls and floor. The work was very professional and looks wonderful. The outstanding part was that Andy had to work around remodeling going on in 2 bathrooms at the same time as I needed the job done quickly. He had to caulk and sand and paint all the baseboards that wasn’t completed by the flooring installers. And he had to mud, texture and paint walls on the master bath that wasn’t part of the original job. He ended up having to reschedule some other jobs to complete my house on time. He had to move construction material left in the way by the remodelers. And, he has agreed to come back when one of the bathroom’s remodel is complete to paint it as the remodeling wasn’t completed. He did all of this cheerfully and with a sense of humor. Andy and his team were very professional. He came at his appointed time, walked the requested job, and gave a very fair price quote within minutes. He started the job earlier than expected and was able to accommodate our schedule as full time employees. His team cleaned up every day and finished the punch list within an hour. Thay moved all of the furniture and accesories and returned them correctly when finished. They completed 2 cost on a 1800 sq ft condo in 4 days. I would highly recommend them.

In June Andy was doing an interior paint job across the street from us. The house had been recently sold and Andy had been hired by the real estate agent on behalf of the new owner. He had previously done work for the agent and she recommended him. Our house was struck by lightning at the same time and Andy had pointed out a hole in the front of our house, from the lightning exiting our attic, that we hadn’t noticed. We had not been happy with our previous house painting and took the opportunity to schedule Andy to do our house. He and his team came shortly after and did a great job on which we’ve received many compliments, both for the quality of the paint job, but also their work ethic and friendliness.
