I started this business when my wife was pregnant with our first. She is now coming up on 5 years old. We recently relocated to Okaloosa county Florida. We are here to stay. I have been in the residential construction line of work for 12 years. I love what I do! Making someones home change for the better, and working with the client through out the process is my kind of challange. I love showing the final product and seeing the look on the clients face when we finish! I have stuck with it because I like it. the first job I had in the trade, I knew that I better pay attention to all of my mentors. I knew from day one that I wanted to do this for myself one day! I started out doing side jobs while still employed. Eventually I saved enough to invest into the things I needed for start up. I pulled the trigger and never looked back!

"After I signed the contract and gave my deposit, I had a hard time getting responses on details, i.e. when they were coming to measure, etc.  Calls would go unreturned.  A couple of times, workers showed up unannounced to measure.  This was very odd.  Ultimately, they did a good job installing the garage door and the shutters for the front door, and their price was good.

"Our wood floors have never looked better, and everything is because of the exquisite service of Martinez Wood Floors. When we called them to ask for an estimate, we were frustrated because we had already asked for several quotes and they were either very expensive or you could tell the contractor had no experience. But, when we talked to Mr. Martinez in person we knew that we had found the right person for the job. They sent out the estimate with the numbers that same day in the afternoon and began work two days after. Polite and honest employees, so you won't have to worry about who is working in your house. The owner always answered our calls and was very constant explaining every step of the process. When they were doing the bedrooms, they found that the basement floor was rotten, so we had to replace that whole room with new wood. They provided the wood floors for us at a great price, so they are also good on that. After approximately a week of work, everything was finished and omg, what a change. I never thought that the floors were going to come out that good; they did magic. Very much recommended for future hardwood flooring projects. Oh and they even left me a courtesy cleaning kit. They are the best!"

"We were worried working with a contractor long distance. We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable! We could not be happier with how our kitchen and baths were transformed. The rental agent who handles our property was so impressed with the results he plans to recommend Project Masters to other owners who are considering remodeling. The price was not the lowest of the estimates we obtained but was fair.  I have always found that you get what you pay for - what we got was a remarkably well done job, unusual attention to detail, and the job was completed on schedule! The last point is especially important because it allowed us to return our unit to the rental pool as quickly as possible. We highly recommend Project Masters and are already planning some additional work with them for our condo.

"A new company still in the learning phase. Hard working crew. Did not quite finish in one day but will return tomorrow to finish one small area and haul away some additional cuttings. Thought price was fair, I would suggest detailed written estimate of work to be done."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
