M&M Unique Handyman Services

You never really know what you’re signing up for when scrolling through online listings of contract worker…it’s kind of like ordering a mystery grab bag. Sometimes you hit the jackpot, and sometimes you wonder if you should have just taken up carpentry as a side hustle. Luckily, Mark turned out to be the jackpot. I hired him to tackle a few garage projects, and before I knew it, he was solving problems inside the house too…basically doing more in one afternoon than I usually get done in a month. He didn’t just fix things, he explained what needed attention, offered solutions, ran to the store for supplies, and handled it all on the spot. That’s not just customer service…that’s superhero-level multitasking. Would I recommend him? Without a doubt! In fact, I’m already planning to call him back to help set up my garage for football season (because let’s be real, a proper game-day setup is just as important as working plumbing). Mark is professional, knowledgeable w/ unbearable pricing!

Mark was on time and did a fantastic job. He took out the old toilet and installed a new one. He did a great job cleaning up. We spoke beforehand about the job and price, which was very fair imo. The note we spoke the day he came to install I knew that he was someone who was knowledgeable and competent. I definitely recommend Mark and will use him for any future needs.

Mark was very efficient and accomplished all of the task were done quickly. All jobs done well. He did a great job and was very polite good worker and I thought the cost was very fair.

I have a lot to say about M&M and the owner Mark. Letâ s just say I wasnâ t impressed. Mark and his helper Joe never worked more than 6 hours per day, and stretch a four day job, in to five. As for his helper Joe, he was a very hard worker and did a great job. In fact, he did most of the work. On the third day of work, my opinion of Mark changed. It was the day Joe hurt his foot and had to go home. Mark stayed and finish chalking my back door. (It was very unprofessional work) After about an hour, I noticed he was cleaning up, (it was only 3:00PM). It was like he was lost and didnâ t know what to do. I didnâ t understand why he wouldnâ t continue the job Joe was doing. He stated to me, I â donâ t like to go on the roof.â I found that strange seeing that the job I hired him to do involved getting on the roof. I asked him to leave and not to come back unless he had Joe with him. It was as if Joe was the worker and Mark was his helper. I will not use his services again. I would not recommend M&M. However, I would Joe.

Mark is very professional and cares about your needs. He explains every thing about your project and helps you plan what is best for your needs and completes the project to code. I will be useing him on all my projects.

He responded quickly and was able to come over the next day. I even had to reschedule till later in the day and it worked out fine ð

Mark was amazing! On time, courteous, friendly, professional and just awesome! He went above and beyond what I needed him to do and I almost wish I had more stuff for him to do! He was just a joy to be around and he worked quickly and around my schedule. He is definitely the go to pro for anything that needs to be done! Mark and his Assistant showed up on time and worked continuously and meticulously to do the job correctly. After each project they asked us to inspect their work to be sure that we were satisfied with everything that they did. We had multiple projects over a weeks time and all of them were completed to our satisfaction. We will be hiring them again at the end of the month to do a few more projects that we have in the works. The price was very reasonable and the work was completed on time with no major problems. We highly recommend using them!

Mark did a WONDERFUL job in my new condo! He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! He even pressure washed the walkway and outside area for my neighbors. Did a great job with two projects

Mark and his assistant were GREAT! They even found several problems that they resolved other than the projects that I asked for. We're a public library and needed mutiple things repaired/installed and it was done well and in record time.

M&M did a fantastic job on two separate projects in our home. They quickly and efficiently installed several new walls, including two pocket doors. I'm very pleased with the end results and the quality of the work. On more than one occasion Mark "steered" me in the right direction when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. I feel like M&M are honest, fair and all around easy to work with and I will absolutely use them again if I have another project.

Mark is a person that all contractors should be like; personable, honest, wastes no time. He and his partner work so well together that my to do list was finished in no time. They are returning later this month. His prices are so reasonable that I can afford to have them return. Thank you so much.
