"We have been dealing with contractors and painters for several years with much disappointment and dissatisfaction. Pitts Brothers was recommended by a neighbor when we were searching for an exterior painter for an outdated beach house we purchased out of state. Wow! We scheduled the estimate and they showed up when they said they would. Completed the estimate VERY timely. Gave an itemized breakdown of the costs (there were a few interior items like painting a 3 story foyer and replacing an outdated light in that foyer ), available start date and estimated completion date. Since it was purchased as a rental property, there were some work arounds from our end with renters and Joey was extremely accommodating. He scheduled exterior work when people were there and saved interior/going through the house for when it wasnâ t rented. We completed the walk through with him and HE pointed out things that he needed to touch up. It looked PERFECT to us! The site was left clean- cleaner than he found it! No empty drink cans/bottles, no cigarette butts, Not even spilled paint/splatter on the ground from the clean up- We aren’t used to that. He went out of his way to replace some loose boards on the front porch and step. He replaced a molding/ trim piece around an exterior door that they don’t even sell anymore so he had to buy wood pieces and create the piece. It looked original! He sent pictures almost daily (since we were out of town) of the progress, any questions/to clarify. Any expense outside of the original estimate was because we asked for something additional during the process. He was happy to clarify the request, give us an estimate on that, and add it to the list. When inclement weather interfered with planned exterior paint work, he rearranged and worked on some of the interior requests. Pitts Brothers showed up on time each day and worked a full day (8-3 or 4) with a short lunch break. I have never dealt with such professional contractors IN MY LIFE! I havenâ t dealt with many people as professional as Pitts Brothers in any line of work to be honest. So much so that if/when we need paint work done in our home state, I’ll call and see if they are willing to make a road trip :-)"

"We changed all our old Windows and doors for hurricane Windows. Total of 19 units. Overall the sales team (Jerry) and custom et service were nice and efficient. The team who installed the windows was really nice to have around. They did a very good job, especially considering the condition of our old house and the various strange window openings we had there. The result is really nice and our house is really different and a hundred times better. The pice was more or less the same of the competitors ; we just felt we were in the hand of more serious, responsive and reliable people and we were right."

"We hired Martinez to restore our floors and staircase. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to wood floors. Honest man and will charge you what he needs to do a good job. I have been on the construction industry for a few a years now, I know what to look for in a company when I am doing a remodeling. I can tell you that Mr. Martinez answered every single one of the questions I threw at him with concrete answers, demonstrating his knowledge and experience. He was on time to provide the estimate and took his time to go over the floors in detail. Fellow homeowners need to pay attention to this, if a contractor takes the time to explain you things and review the job with you, it's a good sign. I also have to say that this was the third company we asked an estimate from. The first company wanted to replaced the whole floor, which I knew it was a rip off. The second one gave us an insane price like if money was grown on trees. However, Martinez was very reasonable in price and what we like was that since the first time he saw the project, he told us that the floor will look like new with a hard sanding. We moved everything out of the house, my suggestion is to hire a moving company, that way you make sure your furniture and belongings are well take care of. The crew is also very nice and respectful, will pay attention to detail, and will clean after they finish. The sanding is the worst part, but it's not something you can't tolerate; they have machines that make little dust, trust me, we stayed in the house and my wife is allergic to everything. When that part is done, everything else is a breeze. At the beginning, we were going to leave it natural, but my wife decided she wanted to stain the floor. So we chose and Ebony color, very gorgeous. We really like it a lot. The job took around 7 days to be completed and the floor really look amazing. We are very content with our new-looking hardwood flooring and we really appreciate everything Martinez floor did to make it happen. We'll be referring them to friend and family for sure."

We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable! We could not be happier with how our kitchen and baths were transformed. The rental agent who handles our property was so impressed with the results he plans to recommend Project Masters to other owners who are considering remodeling. The price was not the lowest of the estimates we obtained but was fair.  I have always found that you get what you pay for - what we got was a remarkably well done job, unusual attention to detail, and the job was completed on schedule! The last point is especially important because it allowed us to return our unit to the rental pool as quickly as possible. We highly recommend Project Masters and are already planning some additional work with them for our condo.
