"The move itself went very well. The movers were extremely professional. They arrived on time. They also took their time in making sure that the few items of furniture that were being transported were well protected. The process of scheduling the move did not go as well. It was extremely disorganized. When I confirmed the move by telephone, I was told that they had scheduled the move for a different date. That was incorrect since I had the e-mail confirmations to Super Team Moving and to the Condominium Association (HOA) Management. I had also had to send several e-mails to Super Team Moving to confirm that the proper documents had been submitted to the HOA, to include the proof of insurance and a copy of the business license."
