Spangler Roofing

Spangler roofing is an amazing, trustworthy and honest roofing company. They are my only choice for my roof. They have been my roofer for more that 20 years. I have a typical flat roof in hurricane prone Florida. They come out before every storm season to give my roof a look over. If a problem pops up, they come out asap and fix the issue. Flat roofs are a roofer's nightmare, but Spangler roofing likes a challenge and will conquer it. A+ to them !!!

Spangler Roofing came highly recommended by several of my clients. They did not disappoint! The were a hard working, efficient, and meticulous crew that knocked out my new roof in one day.

We had our entire roof replaced last year - nothing but problems since. After the initial installation, the roof leaked twice after minimal rain. They happily came out both times and claim that it was fixed. The first big rain we got, it leaked again in the same places. Now, they refuse to work on it, claiming that our roof is fine but our siding is bad. Were we ever told that? Absolutely not! Their advice is to put in an insurance claim? Ridiculous. As a result of the continued leaking, we have damage to our hardware floors and part of our ceiling is now falling in - both problems that were never there BEFORE we got the new roof. Although nice people, they don't support their service. Big waste of time and money -- DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Michael spangler and his roofing company were timely,efficient,professional and personable. This, combined with such a proficient client/contractor relationship was a rare and refreshing experience. I will be referring family and friends.

I called Mike Spangler for an estimate. I got several of them. I was told in a couple of cases, it would be a couple of weeks for the job to be scheduled. Some were hard sells and they came in higher than Spangler roofing for the same product. We decided to go with Spangler Roofing and I’m so happy we did. The job was scheduled early the following week. It was a 1 day job and they didn’t mess around. They arrived promptly at 7:00 AM, and 5 men jumped on the roof and tore off the existing roof and within a couple of hours, had the first layer down. Even with an unexpected shower, the job was completed by 5:30 PM and it looks fantastic. It was inspected the next day with a thumbs up. I highly recommend Spangler Roofing for all of your roofing needs. Mike is personable and prompt. His crew was respectable and hardworking. I have all of the faith in this company and urge you to give them a call.

Spangler Roofing did a great job from the time they came out to give us a quote to one last sweep of the yard for nails. When I had questions they were quick to respond whether it was via email or a phone call. We didn't have to wait several weeks to get the job done due to supply issues we came across with other companies. Their price was in line and/or a little bit lower than other quotes we received. Overall we are satisfied with the job they have done.

Discovered a roof leak on the Friday before Labor Day, called Mike Spangler after a neighbor shared his cell phone number. Four hours later, the leak was patched. The next day….Saturday….a house guest mistakingly thought there was another leak. Mike came back within the hour, fairly quickly determined there was no leak, and said “No charge, we didn’t do anything.”. Not even a trip charge for busting into a holiday weekend! Two of my neighbors recommended this company and now I will too.

This entire process was so easy and so affordable. Jessica helped me get the paperwork processed with such efficiency I cannot believe how smooth the entire process went. I would recommend this company in a second to anyone looking for roofing needs. Being a woman Not familiar with the process of roof replacement it was nice to deal with a woman knowing the exact process! Thank you Jessica and Mike!

They were responsive to my first call which was placed on a Saturday. They were able to schedule an appointment for an estimate within a few days and gave me a quote while they were onsite. Work began as soon as a permit was pulled and they kept me informed of progress along the way. Outstanding group of people. As a real estate broker, I will definitely recommend them again for any future projects my customers might need.

Spangler roofing did an outstanding job. They ran into problems with part of our flat-deck roof where they discovered ponding and called right away to address the situation and fix it so it's done correctly. They even came to finish on a Sunday which I was impressed. Roof looks amazing.

Mike Spangler recommended many options that were not offered by other bidders. In the end the price was was more than the competitors but the quality and end result was unmatched. Mike ran into serious issues with parts of the project but because of his knowledge the issues were solved with no delay to the project.

This company replaced the roof on a 16 unit condo complex. They made sure all debris was contained to their dumpster and cleaned up each day after working. They had delays that was do to the weather and wind and waited to do the work so as to not allow debris from the tear off from blowing everywhere. The end result exceeded the expectations and I have used them before and will use them on all future roofing projects.

Mr Spangler is very honest and professional. He resealed my roof promptly, and as always, he did a great job.

Spangler's did a fabulous job! It fast and an amazing product at the end! The service was excellent, Mike and Jessica are above par!! I would definitely hire them again and refer anyone I know to them! After everything was cleaned up and the end result was a beautiful roof!

I cannot imagine why anyone would choose another roofing company in the Tampa Bay Area. Mike Spangler, the owner, came to my house for an estimate and indicated that I might be able to squeeze another year out of my roof. I thought that was very honest. I decided to do the re-roofing job prior to the next rainy season and I hired Spangler Roofing. His crew is friendly, efficient, fast and they not only protect everything around the house, but clean up after each day's work. During hurricane Irma, my chimney cap and the supporting beams suffered damage and Mike took care of that repair without an extra charge to me. When the county inspector came out to review the job, on completion, he said, "This is an outstanding job." Of course I already knew that. As an aside, Mike's foreman has been with him for over 25 years and among his workers are the foreman's son, his son, his daughter (office) and his daughter's husband. They are all enthusiastic, dedicated workers which from what I have observed in the industry is rather rare. You cannot go wrong with hiring Spangler Roofing for your roofing needs!

It couldn't have been a more seamless process. And I never felt like I was being taken advantage of because I didn't know anything about roofing. Mike Spangler is very honest and up-front.
