"We at Cowsky Roofing strive to provide every client with excellent customer service, quality products, and professional workmanship. Unfortunately we did not meet the home owners expectations on this work order. We did replace the entire roof down to decking. A small corner piece of rotted wood was unintentionally looked over by our employee. We were called back out to the project and responded immediately to the call. Damage was done to the interior ceiling due to the leak, in which we completely replaced the ceiling new. Home owners were very pleased and replied that it looked better now than it did before the leak. In spite of our best efforts to seal the roof, the leak lessened but continued. The home tenant and home owner called in for obvious additional repair. We intended to make another attempt at locating the leak on the weekend but we did not show up until Monday. Our office is closed on weekends and no call was made to inform home owner for Monday. This upset the home owner more. We again attempted to correct the leak. We replaced the wood and resealed the roof. The leaking is completely stopped now. Roof is sealed and water tight. No leaks detected. Final inspection through the county was passed. Due to the inconvenience to our client we completed a repair on another property owned by them and provided a free Wind Mitigation report as well. The employee in mention that did not recognize small wood rot area is no longer employed by us as well. We called to schedule an appointment to again repair ceiling, although home owner had informed us that he already did so. We let the home owner know to send us an invoice for the ceiling material and his labor time and we will happily reimburse him for completing what we intended on replacing ourselves. We value our customers and stand behind our work. We never intend for any inconvenience to be placed upon our clients. We understand how important and stressful a roof replacement can be for our home owners and we always try to make the transition a smooth one.
