"Several years ago, A#1 installed~25' of gutters along the 2nd story roof. The contract states in bold:"lifetime warranty on leaks/7-year labor/20-50-year manufacturers warranty" & their website claims "100% satisfaction guaranteed". Later a 10" section began to waterfall like overflow in heavy rain I requested a repair. They first said the problem was due to unclean gutters despite there being no trees above the 30' roof. They finally agreed to come out only to inform me it couldn't be fixed b/c the 6' wide gutters need to be 7" gutters to accommodate the water run off. I was not given any real answer when I asked why they didn't put up the wider 7" gutter in the first place. They later sent an estimate to replace the gutters 9x the original price! I pushed back & said I called to fix the gutters & if the only fix was to replace the 6" gutters they erroneously recommended be installed originally, then they need to pay for it or at least provide a discount. I never heard back from them"

"Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"

"I was amazed at how great my whole experience was with Covenant Roofing! They showed up on Monday Morning did a complete tear off, replaced the plywood which was all soft due to many hurricanes and had the metal on and completed by the end of the day. I had never dealt with a roofing company before, so I did my homework and went with the company due to their high ratings across the board. It wasn't cheap, but that's not necessarily what I was looking for. Quality work with a company that has a history in the area, proven track record and a roof that comes with a guarantee. They hit all of my expectations and I couldn't be happier. I can again feel secure in my home without the worry of leaks. I appreciate the company and the team that did such a wonderful job and they will always receive my highest recommendation if anyone asks who did my roof. "terrible. very slow man.2 weeks, changed room fan,left messy, didn't install chains to change speeds. Installed vertical blind in living room. Didn't start, and abandoned doing camera installation. Made a number of excuses about needing a new phone and would call me when he got it. Texted saying it didn't come in, then abandoned job. I hired another vendor and got the job done. He is billing for completed work. I had to pay $200 to get the job he bid $90 for by Ray of Ray & Dan's Home Repair. He threatened to file a lien."
