"My neighbor and I both needed new roofs, so we had three contractors provide us with quotes. John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. We are very pleased with the whole experience, and have already recommended John Scott to some of our friends who have also decided to have John replace their aging roof!"

"Based on my experience, I would not recommend hiring A#1 Seamless Gutter Solutions in Tampa for gutter repair or installation services. We contacted the company to address a gutter leak affecting one side of our home. The company provided an estimate, and we proceeded under the assumption that the leaking section would be replaced. However, the $2,950 estimate was solely for patching the leaks rather than a full replacement. When two technicians arrived, our security cameras showed that they brought only a ladder and did not transport any new materials to the affected area. We were surprised that nearly $3,000 was billed for what amounted to basic patchwork. Upon inquiring why the gutter was not replaced as expected, the company stated that my husband had approved the estimate. He did so believing it covered a replacement rather than minor repairs. We made a partial payment of $2,000, expressing concern over the high charge and the circumstances—particularly given my husband's age (77 years old). They obviously took advantage of an elderly person. We proposed making the final payment after the next rainfall to ensure the repairs were satisfactory. Today, we received written notice that unless we pay the remaining balance, the account will be referred to collections with an additional $500 fee. We paid the final balance to avoid having to fight this company and spent even more money for legal fees!! I also attached a picture to see how small this area really is …… This company should be ashamed of how they do business! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! If I could, i would rate this company a minus 5."

"Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"

"I was amazed at how great my whole experience was with Covenant Roofing! They showed up on Monday Morning did a complete tear off, replaced the plywood which was all soft due to many hurricanes and had the metal on and completed by the end of the day. I had never dealt with a roofing company before, so I did my homework and went with the company due to their high ratings across the board. It wasn't cheap, but that's not necessarily what I was looking for. Quality work with a company that has a history in the area, proven track record and a roof that comes with a guarantee. They hit all of my expectations and I couldn't be happier. I can again feel secure in my home without the worry of leaks.
