We had a lot of company over the weekend. That added to much wash. We called him early Monday morning and he was here in 20 minutes. It as fixed in no time and he just charged for a service call. He as very honest.

Jay is sole proprietor. Lady that answered phone sweet . Jay arrived within hour. he had part with him so fridge fixed same day.happy customer.

This is a sole proprietorship, so when you get someone, you get Jay. He came out and helped me get my dryer going again. Turns out it was a very hard to find clog in the exhaust caused by a squirrel. In spite of the fact it was starting to snow hard, he made sure I was back online even though there wasn't anything mechanically wrong!

Called the company and received an immediate response. The technician arrived on time and went right to work to diagnose the problem. The washing machine motor was defective and unrepairable. According to the technician the repair would exceed replacement. Replacement cost for just the motor was over $400.00. We elected to purchase a new washing machine instead of going forward on the repair.

Ice maker was not working. They had to order the part, so it took two trips. On time for both visits and very professional.

I called him this morning and he was here in less than an hour! He was very polite, and knowledgable. I would certainly call him again for any problem on any appliance.
