    The Yeager team is professional and thorough from the sales rep Mike, to the crew that cleared out the house (Anthony) and Ron that laid the floor. My floor was damaged by water and had to be removed, the floor leveled before any new flooring could be installed. They are efficient, timely and willing to keep the customer informed during the process. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking or a QUALITY job done. I will call on them again to do my bathrooms

    S&W Kitchens brought me out of the 70s! My remodel was better than I ever expected and the cost less than estimates I had received from other companies. The remodel included removing my walls and ceilings down to the studs. After our first meeting, my designer, Sarah Kraus, knew exactly what I wanted and needed. She went by my color schemes and chose the cabinets, tile, backsplash and lighting perfectly. I love the results! My supervisor, Brian Pope, responded to my calls and any questions I had immediately. I felt he went over and above what was expected of him. Both projects were done on schedule and my home was kept as clean as possible while the work was in process. I now have an open floor plan and a beautiful, efficient kitchen and master bathroom. I would highly recommend S&W Kitchens and especially Sarah and Brian.     When I first contacted Floor Crafters, Ali in customer service was friendly and efficient setting up my appointment. Hector came to give an estimate for installing vinyl wood flooring. He was prompt, explained everything in great detail so it was clear to understand what they would be doing, and answered all my questions. From the time my order was placed to the day of installation, Hector, Ali and the customer service team were amazing in their follow through and follow up! The installers arrived on time, were clean and neat in their handiwork, polite, and most importantly did an awesome job installing the flooring. It was extending what we already had, and the joining was seamless. No one would ever know it wasn't all done at the same time!     Great at first, though a little pricey for labor only. Allowed me to purchase materials. The bathroom tile work was very well done; subfloor work OK, a little uneven in places; toilet had to be re-done - door would not open; finish carpentry excellent. Then they started pressuring me to make the final payment before everything was finished. Linus accused me of delaying trying to pay and we had a huge argument because I did not want to give him the final payment until waste management had picked up debris, and yard had been cleaned up. Accidentally sent me a text intended for someone else: "...she delaying trying to pay. I went off on her and told her are you playing this **** right now. Lol. I went ghetto on her for a min" Very unprofessional
