My yard is overrun with mosquitoes right now, and it sure doesn’t seem like they’ve been spraying at all. Their Google listing says they’re “open 24 hours,” but when you call and select the option for current customers, the number is disconnected. My wife and I have been calling nonstop for over a week trying to reach someone. When I finally got a human on the phone, they weren’t even in the same state and had zero clue who I was or anything about my account. I don’t know if the company was sold, shut down, or is just completely mismanaged now — but whatever happened, this is NOT the service I signed up for. Zero communication, zero accountability, and apparently zero treatments. Avoid at all costs."

That was a mistake as the infestation has gotten worse. Called up Mr. Nixon with Alachua Pest Services and he came out same day. He pulled out the fridge and stove, sprayed everywhere, removed my outlets, and sprayed this tinker bell dust between small cracks. He was altogether informative, knowledgeable, and professional. Expecting second treatment in about 2 or 3 weeks. Would hang my hat on him. -Aaron Snell"
