He showed me pictures that helped me understand the importance of keeping scrap wood away from our house. He also showed me which trees and shrubs needed to be trimmed. When he saw my interest, he gave me a mini lesson on the different types of termites in our area and the damage that they can do. He was very professional and polite. He did not need to drill holes under the concrete slabs as he was able to remove the plugs that were in the holes when the property was originally treated. He needed to borrow my watering hose as his was not long enough to make it all around the property, but rolled it up neatly when he was finished. He also mentioned that he saw some evidence of other pests that I should monitor.
