Jose the tech arrived right on time (which is rare in Miami). He was courteous, patient, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Not only did he clear the clog efficiently, but he also taught me how to maintain my drain using their BioChoice solution instead of harsh chemicals that I was using (oops Drano), which I learned can really damage the pipes over time. It’s rare to find a technician who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely kind and helpful. I’m so grateful for the professional and respectful service. "They were at my house 1 1/2 hours. They replaced all the pipes. They unclogged the pipes. They didn't up charge. I would recommend them. I put the information on Monday night and they called me right away. He came today early in the morning. They told me the charge a head of time. They were excellent with their prices and work. They charged me less, they said it would be $200 and charged me $185. They unclogged the toilet unexpectedly. I was extraordinarily pleased."

He is willing to patch and paint if need. I can’t say how much I appreciate that he resolved our problem. Lastly, the price was amazingly reasonable for the amount of work he did.
