I agreed and he fixed the leak (total cost approx $500). In doing so, he broke the shower handle. I realized the handle was broken after he left when I went to use the shower that night, so I contacted William and he dispatched the technician again. This time I was told I needed another new part, which I had to order (for $92). The part finally arrived, and now William says it will cost another $180 for the technician to install the part. When I objected, William told me the part was already broken and accused me of trying to get him to do work for free.
