"The initial serviceman was puntual and right on time and showed up at 8am sharp!
They were not able to service the 2 units I have at a Duplex Unit right away, which was unfortunate because for $1100.00 I wanted to see how the use chemicals to clean to coils, and how they perform the service.
One of the units was partially frozen and the repairman told me it was directly due to my tenants not changing the filters. I believe I will call Rocco back and schedule a service check in June and do this twice a year.
Tenants are not the most reliable people and they almost cost me a compressor. I was not happy about the bill, but I figure it's my own fault for not being more proactive about my units.
No body cares for your things like you do.
I have 3 houses and ALL Dade Air has serviced all 3 of them for the past 3 years, over time I have developed a relationship of trust with them. They have always done excellent work, I saw some unfavorable reviews and just would like people to know they are an excellent company, and if something is not right they usually will bend over backwards to make it right.
But you know you can please some of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time.
