Alan and Paul from South Florida Screen where the only ones that had great communication and did a thorough job in estimating my project. From each of the vendors I asked each to give me an estimate of everything they thought could be fixed with my enclosure. South Florida Screen was the only one that truly delineated every detail and found issues that others did not like one of the tie down cables. Their price was the most competitive. They also returned all my phone calls quickly. The day of the work, all went according to plan and my pool patio was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended. Great team."

This was far from a simple remodel as all the plumbing was out of code and there were water main issues in the building. John dealt with the building management and was our advocate in every way. As I began to realize what John could accomplish we also had him turn an extra room into a new custom glamour closet based on his fantastic recommendations, put in a new glass slider in the master and repaint almost the entire condo as well as replace and correct some of the lighting. "Very prompt response, Ron came after normal working hrs (~6:30 pm) to assess fridge issue. We had sent him model and serial info in advance, as requested, so he came well prepared. Quickly identified issue as a covered warranty repair (compressor) and recommended we contact manuf (GE) for covered repair costs, saving us lots of money. Minimal charge for service call, much less than others charge. Highly recommend and will be my 1st call for any future appliance issues."

Unable to find one online, since the cooler is old, he finally contacted Vinotemp on the phone. He patiently persisted with the usual "hold, please" disconnection and finally was able to order the needed part. 4 days later he was shipped the wrong relay piece and contacted them again and got the correct part sent immediately. The best part of this was he kept me informed about what was going on, since this caused a delay in his return to complete the repair. When he finally got the correct part, he scheduled an appointment, called that he was on his way, and quickly replaced the defective part. Al is a true professional who takes care of the customer and sees a job to its successful completion. Highly recommend him for any type of appliance repair--he does everything except Sanyo and LG.
