They fell short on communication and giving a written quote but once we got past that, they did an excellent job cleaning and sealing my pool deck.

There was a communication problem in which the cleaning crew did not show up on time because of equipment issues. When the equipment couldn't be fixed, they left the project without notifying me. The job was done well the following Monday but they could have done a better job keeping me informed.

Roof is nice and clean. Wish they had hit the roof trim as well, but was not home when they came. Their booking agent was polite and we rescheduled for an earlier time than had be planned which was fine. I would recommend and use them in the future.

Had my asphalt shingled roof cleaned and was assured low pressure would be used. However, I had asphalt grit in my pool, on the patio, in the yard, gutters, pool filter, etc. I lost a lot of the asphalt from the shingles. Also, a patch of grass 4 x 10 feet section leading from the gutter downspout to the side walk was killed, turned brown. It has been 5 months and still brown, slowly grass is returning to grow in this spot. I would not recommend this company for asphalt roof cleaning and would not use them again for this process.

I hired Ben to strip, re-stain and seal two wood deck porches. We had a little trouble getting connected as he was leaving on vacation shortly after coming to give me an estimate, but he was diligent about calling (even from the mountains while he was gone) in order to keep in contact. When we finally did get started, the fellows he sent to strip the decks were both professional and courteous, and took care in not allowing the stain being removed to stain the surrounding areas or the pool. The re-staining and sealing went well, and was completed when I was out of town. His prices were reasonable, and the work was done well. The only thing I might have wished is that he suggest the floors be sanded after being stripped, as there are a few places where the new stain looks rough and as though it didn't take quite as well. All in all, however, the porches look great, and I would recommend Ben's services with confidence.

Both employees who came out to perform the work as well as telephone personnel were professional and very polite. The pressure washing came out perfectly!!! It was a pleasure dealing with this company.
