New England remodeled our dated ugly kitchen. It was outstanding. We were so impressed with their care and professionalism we hired them to remodel our master bath. From start to finish, their entire team were A+++. Yana and Maria helped with the product selection, Frank continually kept in touch with the progress and Ney, on site, was incredibly precise and accommodating. The bathroom is absolutely amazing and even better than I ever would have imagined.

It was a pleasure working with the staff of V.B. Marble & Granite regarding our purchase of new quartz countertops. They were easy to work with and very accommodating with respect to our many special requests. They went out of their way to make us happy and provided us with a final product that exceeded our expectations.

This was a big job with delays on our end. They scheduled us immediately when we were finally ready. Small problem noticed by them at installation. They gave us 2 choices at their expense to fixit. Did so promptly. New problem found 2 months later at backsplash and hood installation which was only partially their fault. Carlos and Samantha took responsibility and replaced the one counter and cut 1/4"!off the other within 72 hours at no charge. Use them for their knowledge and service as well as their selection.

I never give perfect scores because no one is perfect; however, our experience with New England Granite was as about as good as I could expect. The whole process from beginning to end was a pleasure; friendly and professional. Lucas, Carlos, Nicolas and the whole crew were outstanding. I know I left some names off and apologize, they were all great!!

Keli was a huge help in planning and picking out the granite & marble and the installation crew was most professional and helpful with the actual install and minor subsequent adjustments.

We signed the contract on a Tuesday morning and they arrived Wednesday morning before nine. Entire bathroom was gutted and taken away before the end of the day. The were here every scheduled day and did it all, top to bottom. Even with my added extras they were done in 3 weeks. We could not be happier with the work.

Excellent selection of materials. Timely. Very nice finished product. Very good price because they don't charge you for a whole slab, just the materials needed for you project.

The kitchen looks beautiful. The countertop I picked was a beautiful granite that went perfectly with the cabinets. All the workers were polite, clean and did professional work. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend!!

We remodeled our entire kitchen and TC Cabinetry did our cabinets and referred us to New England Granite & Marble. We went to their showroom and Carlos (1 of the owners) gave us a tour of the warehouse of samples and slabs. We wanted to do something that was not granite and were considering quartz mixed with resin. Then we saw the quartz slabs that they call "Quartzite". It's a hard stone like granite, cut from quartz quarries like granite, and it has beautiful 'crystal' veins throughout. It's quite beautiful and very unique. We questioned Carlos about the cost and he started to bargain with us, beginning with $73 SF. We needed 60SF and we hadn't planned on going over $55-60 per SF, so we left to think about it.
Came back about a week later and Louisa helped us. She took us to the quartz slab we looked at before and we asked her about the cost and it was $10 per SF less than the quote given earlier by Carlos, who told us he was giving us a "deal" (wink-wink). This was a difference of $600 and just didn't sit well with us, but Louisa is sweet, very detail oriented and excellent at her job, and this stone was exactly what we were looking for, so we purchased it and scheduled an install date.
Carlos came to our home and was right on time. He made templates for the counter-tops and it was easy to see he is experienced and professional. ... Day of install, again everyone was on time and working within minutes of entering our home. Carlos supervised a team of approximately 4 men who were polite, professional and the counters went in perfectly. They are truly Gorgeous!!! We've received all positive comments from everyone who sees them! Who hasn't broken a stone open as a child and found sparkling quartz crystals shining back?
We gave them an overall score of "A" and A's in everything else, except 'price'. Because we felt there was dishonesty on the part of Carlos with the quote and later a broken promise on our install date, it was difficult to trust that anything we were told was the truth. Because of Louisa, we let it go and went with them. We have ZERO Regrets! Wonderful job and we are extremely happy with the final product. We would recommend them and would use them again.

Very professional office staff, measured the kitchen and worked with us on the best deal for the granite.
Installation was smooth and turned out very well.

The work was very unsatisfactory the installation was poorly done the cabinets were level but they shimmed up the granite on one side, seems need buffing, one piece is crooked and a large gap was left next to a post I think that they must have goofed with the template they said that my crooked walls caused the problems Isn't that why a template is made in the first place? All in all, a very unresponsive company.
