BB R US did an amazing job. Our 35 year old house is small but very complicated with irregular surfaces and very high ceilings. It also has not been thoroughly cleaned in several years due to our work in two different geographic areas. We now have a living space that feels pristine - thanks to Maxine and Alex's attention to detail and knowledge about how to efficiently clean. We will be relying on their professionalism every two weeks from now on! I have not commented on price in the rating section because what they did for us was 'priceless' - higher than normal for our area but worth every penny.

Maxine and her staff are nothing short of Amazing!. My family has used them for weekly cleaning of our home for years. We recently sold a home and wanted to ensure it was SPOTLESS for the new owners. Bizy Bees R Us came through and delivered everything as promised and more. They not only worked with our schedule to set up the cleaning, but when we had a last minute change to another day, they made it happen! Without fail this company and it's people have been honest and consistent in the high level of service they perform. They are always extremely fair on the prices they charge for the excellent work they do. I would most definitely recommend them if you want the job done right!

They were able to schedule me within a few days of my initial call, followed my instructions to the letter and the results are as expected and better.

They worked for me for several months. They were actually really good first few times, especially the first time and at least 5 times after that. As time went on I noticed some things that I thought they were not doing but I guess they thought they were doing. We have 3 dogs and she complained about the hair. We, unfortunately, came to an impasse. The last time they came to work, I mentioned some more things and she got really upset and said that she had a heart condition and that she couldn't work for me after this. She was not happy with me. I was really upset about the whole deal too and I begged her to just forgive me and please to come back. Forgiveness was for me being so picky. I guess. She told me that I would never find anyone that would clean as well as I clean. I guess that may be true, as I know I am very picky. Since then I hired another company. I found that Bizy Bees did a much better job all the way around. Mind you they charged me $250 for the first cleaning (thought I was going to faint) and after that $125 each cleaning. I have a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. 1 bedroom is my office and I didn't have them to clean it. Then we were renovating our master bathroom, so, for many weeks they were cleaning only 1 bathroom. Going through the small reno we were doing she asked me to get the Vents cleaned and I did. Then she started charging me $175 each time because of the reno dust. I actually called her this past summer and asked if she'd be interested in coming back. I told her I'd pay her the same but every 2 weeks ($250 a month) instead of every 3 weeks. She called me back and told me that she would for $250 each cleaning since now with my new larger bathroom. I told her no way I could afford that amount and that if she changed her mind to call me back. Again, it was another disappointment. She was quite polite and told me she was glad that I had called. As I said, after all of this, I would love to have her back again with her family, but the cost is too high.

Absolutely a fantastic team to work with. Some small scheduling issues but the quality and professionalism make up for it. They are a wonderful company to work with. Tammy

I only have one area done. They do some. I do some. For what I have done it's $80. I like them. They are very nice people.

No complaints, very professional!

Four people arrived when they said they would and for most of the day worked cleaning my home from top to bottom.

It took about 5 hours for them to clean the house. Upon inspection after their departure the freezer had not been wiped out, the cabinets had dirt in them ( the dirt was balled up as if they were cleaning with a filthy rag) and the window were silk covered with dust and dirt. Even though I paied online for a home larger than mine she asked for an additional 150. So I paid 400 to have my house on aerially cleaned.

I was very pleased with their work. The whole family is involved and did a great job. They cleaned at the level I haven't done in years. They did all the blinds, baseboards, scrubbed the bathrooms and the kitchen, dusted all the fans, moved furniture and books to clean behind , they vacuumed, mopped, and cleaned and cleaned. I didn't realize just how badly the house needed this thorough cleaning. They stayed with it until the house was the cleanest I've had in years. I like my home again, now that it is so clean! Great value for my money.

FANTASTIC! Wonderful family business, they all work together and the price is not bad at all. I will use them for a very long time that is for sure. Nice people; hard workers; very caring; very trustworthy; ..... what more could you ask for? Love these guys!

Wonderful! This friendly,family owned business does an excellent job! They thoroughly cleaned my house from 12 ft. ceiling fixtures to rolling up area rugs to clean floors. They even left my doorknobs, kitchen cupboards, appliances, bathroom fixtures, absolutely everything spotless and sparkling clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be happy and amazed by their services. h
