I had never used them before, but they were great. They did a great job. I like them because they used genuine automotive parts. They were a lot less expensive than then even the dealership here in town. It was Tom and Junie of the East Coast Services. They're very good service. They showed us the parts they had to replace, our old parts. They were very thorough and explained everything very well. This was the first time I used them.

Outstanding. I asked them to make the door functional and that it didn't need to be pretty and totally repainted. They recommended a reasonable repair that would save me money. So I agreed; they ordered the parts and repaired the door. The door opens and closes perfectly now. I couldn't be happier. They were much better on their pricing than others. They are a locally owned and operated shop and I would definitely hire them again.

After I was let down by another mechanic, I called East Coast. It was already mid-afternoon, I told them I really needed the car back that day. They were professional enough to know and tell me that, they wouldn't be able to do that. 
Once they had the car, it turned out there was more than one issue. They managed to track down and diagnose everything correctly. They were very fair with pricing and stuck to the original estimate. I would definitely use again and would highly recommend!

Arrived and got an estimate to fix punctured and scrapped rear bumper on an audi.
Estimat was $400 and Projected to take three days to get layered paint to dry.
I needed to rent a car in interim and asked for car to be ready.
Final product looks great. They called me to assure me the car would be ready.
The price was lower than estimate.
The service and professionalism was top notch.

Great service, great people, high quality work at very fair prices. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

I got quotes 0f $691, $461 and $450. East Coast gave the lowest quote of $325 and since they were highly recommended on Angie's list I decided to have them do the work . The work was done like new. The time was not rushed to ensure a good job. I will be back. But hopefully no too soon!!!!

Exceeded expectations. After extensive damage to the passenger side and front end, including full replacement of door, car looks and performs like new. Completed the work within estimated time period even after finding additional damage that exceeded insurance appraiser's initial assessment, thereby making it necessary to arrange for approval from insurance provider for additional reimbursement, which they were successfully able to do.

They did a great job. Color matched perfect. They completed the job on time and the price was much lower than two other bids I got.

When you drive the same truck for almost 21 years, you get attached to it. The people at East Coast Automotive Services did a great job in rebuilding my 1993 Chevrolet Blazer's transmission. I thought it's days were numbered, but they put it back in new condition. If your got a transmission problem, East Coast Automotive Services can fix it.

I originally took my Jeep Gran Cherokee to the Jeep dealer, and was quoted $1955 for all of the above repairs. Had to put up with the dealers bad customer service that made me wait 25 minutes for the service writer, while he talked to his mechanic about who knows what. I said no thanks, and took my car to East Coast Automotive. They were very responsive, and professional. They did all the repairs in a top notch way, and the bill was almost HALF of the dealer. Great service, fair pricing, good people. Highly recommend

Dennis and Sally were great. They gave me a verbal estimate, did not want a down payment for purchasing the bumper. Work was done when they said and looks great. Wonderful people to deal with.

The folks at East Coast Auto were great! They took the time to listen to the problems we had with our vehicle at the other shop and to explain to us what they found after they completed their work. It turned out that things were OK. Tom, the head mechanic, explained that the van was running normally and that he found no problems with it. He put our concerns to rest and he didn't even charge us for the work. We couldn't ask for a better experience after the trouble we'd been having earlier!

Had service done, on the way home noticed wheel was still making a noise. Returned the truck, where Tom examined the wheel. Turns out they replaced the hub with a factory defect, NOT their fault. Tom replaced the hub the next day.
They stand behind their work, and I will use them in the future.
The only problem is they are closed on weekends : (.

Their quote was almost $700 less than another place we got a quote from. Sally, Dennis and Tom are excellent. They body work was was excellent.
