"They are thief's. Over 6 months ago they came out to fix my freezer door. The screw to the handle had broke. We were told we had to order a whole new handle to get the screws. Twice they came out with the new handle without the screws. They left the new handle and said they had to order the screw. That became ..oh the suppler doesn't have them....we can't get them...we will try and find them... the only screws that have bee gotten are the screwing they gave us. They refuse to give us back our money. The handle is still sitting on top of the refrigerator exactly in the same place the technician left it. They lie and are thief's they hope you will go away and forget."

R&M Monster Windows is a family owned business. We serve all of South Florida with custom shower enclosures, custom mirrors, window repair or replacement, impact windows and complete bathroom remodeling.
"They didn't do a good job. The quality of the job was very sloppy, they removed the shower glass door and when the new one came in, they installed it and then i wasn't able to take a shower in it because water just kept coming out from underneath the shower glass door, between the shower glass door and in front of the shower glass door. It wasn't installed properly. And they said they just needed more silicone, so they put in more silicone but it was still leaking. Then they came back and said they needed a tip and they put in a tip and it was still leaking. The only other solution he gave is that I purchase a different frame shower glass door for $1200 dollars and he will install it without charging me. I asked him what i would need him to do is just go ahead and remove this shower glass door and get me a shower glass door that would work a frameless shower glass door that would work in my shower. He said no, because he lied and said when he first came to give me a quote he said he told me that i didn't have a pitch in my shower. So because i didn't have a pitch, it wouldn't work, which was a lie because he didn't tell me anything like that. The only thing he said he is willing to do is go ahead and give me the frameless glass door at a discounted price instead of 1200. He'll give it to me at a discounted price and install it for free. I said no, that's not what I want, I want him to go ahead and put in the frame of that shower glass door that I originally purchased and one that's actually working. And he said he wouldn't do that. So he said take him to the court and hang up the phone on me."

When I initially reached out, I explained that I was currently trying to get $10k back from a plumbing company that breached our contract. Not only did I have a limited budget, I didn't know if I could trust anyone again. During our initial telephone conversation, I gave some general ideas on what I wanted done. On their first visit, they arrived early and fully prepared with tile, cabinet & paint samples. I felt comfortable with them & they reassured me that I wouldn't regret working with them. And they were right!! I was still a little nervous about the process and would text or call Diana with question after question. She was always patient, and never made me feel like I was a bother.
