"My wife and I purchased a 1987 home with a horrible floor plan and a kitchen that would require a complete tear-out. The kitchen walls were angled with jogs, drop ceiling and loose floor tiles. We knew that walls and drop ceiling had to be removed making the lanai part of the main living area. After much research, we contacted S&W Kitchens of Tampa and met with Lacie Rice. Lacie was a delight to work with. She was knowledgeable about the process and very attentive to our needs. Her ideas and design expertise created an awesome floor plan and a fabulous kitchen. Joe was a perfectionist with the installation of our beautiful kitchen cabinets topped with crown moldings. A large island was created with a space for a beverage fridge that my wife and Lacie talked me into, and they were right :). Daniel Neris of S&W Kitchens oversaw the contractors during construction and both Lacie and Daniel went above and beyond to ensure the workmanship met the high quality standards promised by S&W Kitchens. What they removed was put back correctly. They cleaned up after themselves and removed their debris. The pricing was good and they stayed under the budget. I would definitely use them again. "They are thief's. Over 6 months ago they came out to fix my freezer door. The screw to the handle had broke. We were told we had to order a whole new handle to get the screws. Twice they came out with the new handle without the screws. They left the new handle and said they had to order the screw. That became ..oh the suppler doesn't have them....we can't get them...we will try and find them... the only screws that have bee gotten are the screwing they gave us. They refuse to give us back our money. The handle is still sitting on top of the refrigerator exactly in the same place the technician left it. They lie and are thief's they hope you will go away and forget."

"Signed contract with partner/employee for fence second week in November. Was quoted a week. Around mid December it wasn’t done bc he said it was more complicated than he thought. I asked for another quote to do some general handyman work around the property and contracted directly with the employee to complete. I gave a $1500 deposit for materials and assumed he would start when the fence was done. He complained about losing money on the job. He said his credit was bad so he couldn’t rent the paint sprayer. Out of kindness I went to Home Depot and rented it in my name and paid for it even though it was part of the contract. He took about two weeks off for the holidays. I started to pester him to finish. Multiple times via text he said he would come to finish. I started to ask for the materials or a refund for my handyman contract. He also promised multiple times via text he would make it right. He dropped off a piece of wood for a shelf and promised a partial refund by today. It’s 8:13 pm. He never called or made an attempt to reach out. So they take the money, slow walk the job or don’t finish. Called Randy the owner and he acted surprised but no offer to help."
