The owner Bart (who answers his own phone), responded promptly was clear and very gracious. He took the time to ask many critical questions to help with a preliminary diagnosis right away that indicated a possible issue with our original installation. Then even at a very busy time if the year when he could have just deferred, he offered to come out and verify what I had described and upon arrival he was exceptionally professional and thorough. We went through the history and situation surrounding our issue and instead of suggesting a complete replacement of our unit or even a partial but costly and inadequate repair, he shared a ton of knowledge and gave us advice on how best to proceed putting our needs first. While we did not ultimately need his service on this call, he has certainly earned my respect and will be our go to for future needs."

"Duct Doctor of PBC arrived with their compressor truck and hoses. They ran 100 feet of hose from the parking lot up the stairs to my second floor condo. The truck runs the entire time because the a/c is shut off and the system is externally pressurized. Each duct is cleaned from the inside. Every vent cover is removed and thoroughly cleaned by hand. My condo had a strange deodorant/perfume smell from the previous owner which was overpowering. That weird smell is completely gone now. The 2 man crew worked steadily for about 3 hours straight. They were friendly and attentive and knowledgeable about this equipment. I now have a condo that is habitable. They also gave me a straightforward assessment of the state of my a/c system (which is good!) Keep in mind this equipment runs nonstop and is what makes your home in Florida livable. This is the best $510 I've ever spent. It's just like the old adage, "you get what you pay for." So don't be put off by the cost. Your a/c system and your personal hygiene and comfort are worth the money; it needs careful attention to maintenance. These guys are great!!! I'm so much happier.
