I’ve hired Alexa from American Maid to provide cleaning services on a regular basis. She’s punctual, communicates updates on arrival times and is flexible when schedules change. Before using any products in my home she queried to ensure I had no allergies or other specific requirements. She left the house smelling fresh, with clean floors and dusted surfaces. I look forward to continued quality service from American Maid!

We have a four bedroom home and two dogs who use a doggie door, so things can get messy fast. We hired Alexa for a deep clean and she absolutely blew us away! The house looks amazing!! The baseboards are white again, the cabinets are spotless, and every room feels fresh and thoroughly clean. She was incredibly detailed and didn’t miss a thing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone reliable and thorough. We’ll definitely be using her again!!!

She was very communicative throughout the whole process. Shared "before" and "after" pictures of her progress, and was willing to do whatever we needed. Well worth it!

Alexa has done a great job on our home. I like that she brings her own products. My house smells so good when she’s done! She completes every task that she says she’ll do and is very easy to communicate with. Lastly, I appreciate her flexibility if we need to change dates/times and accommodations with my dog! Overall 5 stars for sure!
