When the fireplace won’t work because the fireplace won’t stay lite, Coleman was the one that came back to disconnect the gas line so so could return the main part of the fireplace to the manufacturer for repair under their warranty."

"They came to check our blocked drains within 1.5 hours on a Saturday. They found the problem and cleared it. We were given a choice to continue with the cast iron pipes which could easily become clogged again or they could install PVC pipes from the house to the sidewalk today. They were professional, gave us a quote, and finished the job and cleaned up."
