"My story is long so please bear with me. My husband broke his hip and ended up having surgery and going to rehabilitation. Our bathroom was not properly equipped to accommodate his needs. I had 7 contractors come to my home and provide estimates to retrofit the master bathroom. To say that their estimates were over the moon is putting it mildly. After weeks of delays, they told us they would not honor the signed contract or do the job unless we agreed to pay more. In the end, we asked for our money back because the hassle and cost of pursuing it further just wasn’t worth it. Sunbelt, and especially Ben George, do not honor their agreements, do not communicate professionally, and can not be trusted. Stay away."
