Totally satisfied with Smith & Sons Plumbing. All of the pipes were mounted perfectly level and they had my new NG tankless water heater running, and job sight cleaned up. Trouble free, the way it’s supposed to be! Thanks guys.

Despite their otherwise good reviews, I was disappointed that even after having to come back a second time to locate and fix a gas leak, that the gas company had to shut off my gas service due to their still identifying a gas leak at my home. Finally called in another plumber who quickly identified the gas leak by the hot water heater and repaired it, but I ended up paying three plumbing bills for a simple repair. Call Workman and Sons instead and get it fixed right the first time.

I can't understand why he would have billed you the first time let alone twice! I want to apologize and let you know this is not the way we do business! I was really worried about the extent of the work that needed to be done. They came as scheduled on Monday morning, inspected my kitchen sink and the leak underneath, and discovered it was all caused by a leaky faucet. The worker was very honest and told me he could rebuild the faucet, but due to the age and how wore out the faucet was that he couldn't promise how long that fix would last. I agreed that a brand new faucet would be best, it was installed quickly and the price was much cheaper than I had anticipated. The workers were very professional and courteous and told me to call back if I experienced any problems. Will definitely hire again when needed in the future. I highly recommend their services.

Prompt courteous and efficient. Tried to get 3 other local plumbers. none would even show up for the scheduled appointment. Smith and Sons were on time and called 30 minutes before arrival. Did a effecient job cleaned up well and price was resonable.

Perfectly! So helpful and friendly, but wasted no time in doing the work. And I have to say my basement is not an area I show to the public but the men who came to our house made me feel completely comfortable about having to work there. Very reasonably price as well.

Great experience, they put a trap on washer drain and repaired main drain that had black pipe on it, and it was leaking (underground). They had to chip concrete to get to the black pipe. Checked in my attic and under the floor for roof vents and did a smoke test before and after to see if any smoke was coming out of the drains in the house and in the ground. They cleaned up before leaving, didn't leave me a mess, and were very nice people to work with.

Be aware, the operating hours are listed until 4:30, but they start charging over time at 330. They didn't tell me this until 530, We were 2 1/2 hours into it, and it would be late to call someone else. I don't blame them that it took so long to find where the pipes were frozen. However, during the hours they had to stand around, they said they would fix a drip and a leak, and they only did one. I now have two holes in my walls, and a drip I still need fixed.
Update: Certainly, a refund would be appreciated. You know where I live; I will be expecting it. It should actually be for the first two hours before I was told you were charging overtime.
Update 2/15/16. No refund was ever received, it would seem the offer was only made publicly to make them look better. I would like to change my rating to an F because making the offer but not following through is dishonest.
