I called late Saturday evening with no water pressure. Scott was prepared to come out right away, but I told him, it would be dark soon and that I could wait until the next morning. Sunday at 8 AM Scott was there. He diagnosed the problem, replaced several components and had the pump working in under an hour. I was, and am extremely impressed. Highly recommended.

They answered the phone & responded immediately because we hadn't had any water for almost 24 hrs. Jeff was very professional, informative & thorough in the work. They were the only company that was concerned with our not having water & agreed to come immediately!

Tom was excellent and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem with my well pump Dispatch told me 1) $75 for service call 2) Repairman would call when they finished up another job and were on their way 3) Someone must be home to authorize the work and pay when completed 4) Payment would include the $75 and cost of any parts they used. They don't charge by the hour. The repair happened EXACTLY as I was told it would. I love companies that are reliable and upfront with pricing and costs... and Tom was courteous to boot... Tom called 15 minutes after I talked to dispatch and he arrived 20 minutes later and this is Black Friday after Thanksgiving... Tom replaced the pressure gauge, adjusted the pressure switch and adjusted the pressure tank pressure. Total charge was $87 = $75 service call plus the price of the replaced pressure gauge. Excellent. they were able to retrofit a new motor on an old obsolete well casing. Saved us several thousand $.

Everything went great. Tom was the service man that came to do the job. He did have another man with him. They did great work. They were only here for about a hour and a half to finish the job. They were very clean. Everything was explained to my son and I on exactly what they were doing and even after they were done. For sure I would call them back again if I have to.

The gentleman came out with the large cleaning truck and found that he couldn't go down our sugar sand driveway so he was amenible to taking another way across our land to get to the septic tank. I was and extremely hot day and he work very hard and wasted no time but did a fantastic job digging up and opening the tanks to see the condition of them.

From the time the repairman arrive and completed the job it was 30 minutes. Great job!

Got up this morning and no water was coming in to house.  Called plumber and they recommended Smokey's.  It was a sunday so I was holding my breath.  They had an on call technician call me back within 5 mins and he was here in 30.  He showed me everything that was wrong and explained everything thoroughly.  Showed me where connections had burned out and what was worn and generally took the time to explain what he was doing and why it happened.  Within 30 mins. all was fixed and he was on his way. BEST SERVICE CALL EVER!!!  If anyone ever needs anything having to do with a pump or well, I would call Smokey's first.  An absolute pleasure to deal with.  The ultimate professionals, fast, polite and good prices.  I would call these guys in a minute!

Got estimate before work was done - exactly what was billed. When he came out to look at my pump, he had to come back in two days with the equipment. No problem since we were still getting water. Came out this morning and had the pump and tank replaced in less than 2 hours. Very professional in both manner and work.

Came same day called as my pump would not kick on.  Turned out a branch had hit electric box and disconnected contacts.  Ryan reconnected everything to make sure pump worked.  I mentioned that I needed a new tank as mine was slowly leaking but getting worse.  He discussed and explained everything he had to do and what the costs would be before doing any work.  Once he started the job he worked non stop until it was finished.  It was amazing to see all the work he did.  He was a one man team.  The work was great and the customer service even better.  This is a company I have used before and will continue to do so.  I always recommend them to my friends.

We got to our house and found we had no water. So checking Angie's list I found this company.
First thing was an encounter with a rude answering service who still managed to get the callback number wrong even after I repeated it. But when the call back number was corrected, I got a call right away. Then for a company who claims 24 hour Emergency service they couldn't manage to send anyone out until Monday and couldn't think of anyone else. I really appreciate when a company returns my call but the lack of Professionalism trumps the Responsiveness

Rod was very knowledgeable and checked multiple areas on the well to make sure the correct problems were diagnosed and fixed. He was very professional and had great customer service. I was very impressed with his work and honesty. Everything really showed in his workmanship. Will definitely call Smokey's for all of my well needs! Ask for Rod and get the best service and workmanship for your money!!!

Their services have gone very well. I have used the company for about 15 years. They are extremely prompt and come out almost immediately. The staff is very friendly and the technicians are very knowledgeable. They are happy to answer any of your questions, do a good job and are very professional.

Service was fast and efficient, however the girl in the office called me while I was in the middle of a test in the Emergency Room and was a slight bit rude in wanting a credit card right then and there to do the service. I'm not normally trusting of just handing over private financial information over the phone. And they never did call me and tell me what they did so lord knows how much the bill is. Asked three times for them to call me back with the total charges. They didn't do that so for that reason I'm a bit upset and disappointed. THe service was great according to my tenant who said they came diagnosed and switched out the tank and was out before the plumber even got started on another job. So A+ for the work, office staff need to learn a little bit of decorum and tact when it comes to dealing with customers. Because of it it caused my Blood Pressure Test to go sky high dealing with her insistence that she get a credit card right then and there. Don't know whether she thought I was going to die the next minute and she wasn't getting paid or what but I found it a bit rude and unprofessional.

I called at 2:00 with my tank dripping in the garage. No emergency, figuring they would come out next week. Marcia on the phone was a delight to speak to and within an hour she called me back telling me Tom was on his way. Tom arrived promptly, was professional, knew exactly what he was doing, explained everything and was gone within an hour! In less than 2 hours I called, problem resolved and I am happy! Not only is the leak in the garage gone but I have double the water pressure and could not be any happier! I will recommend Smokey's and they will be the only company I use!!! Thank you Tom!!!!
