"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. "Everything very professional and punctual. However all hedges that were under roof edge were damaged by bleach and some will have to be replaced. The worst is nobody seems to care. I've called multiple times and I don't get calls back and can't get anybody to come out and see the damage. I've had this roof cleaned many times and never had this kind of damage."

"Absolutely THE WORST. I've had two incidents with this dry cleaner and today will be the last. Jon has on two occasions taken in my dry cleaning promised it would be back in time for my business trip and boom! NOTHING TO BE FOUND! This is the third time its happened. I won't be going back. I spent over an hour at the store looking through the racks and my stuff was no where to be found. Now I have to go spend $1800 on a suit I don't need to go on a business trip at 7am tomorrow. Jon will not answer phone calls or texts (his employee gave me his personal cell phone number). He didn't even have the items I personally handed to him this last Saturday in his computer system. "I have severe allergy issues. I placed a call to Gator Clean with some questions. After talking with danielle I made an appointment for my air ducts and carpets to be cleaned. They arrived on time and were very thorough in their walk through. They did a wonderful job. She even took the time to recommend what products would be good in my everyday cleaning. I also had them return a month later and clean my tile floors. I am happy to report everything turned out great and am very satisfied with their work."
