Poor customer service, this is DEFINITLY not a reliable company you want to put your trust in when it comes to cleaning your home & communication. The lack in communication is HORRIBLE. Three ladies came out to my home & completed a walk through, I was given a price for the initial cleaning & then given a price for monthly cleaning services. The initial cleaning went okay, just a couple things missed. When it came time for my next cleaning I was contacted by the person in change/owner (Fernando) whom I had spoken with after the ladies left from the initial visit to see the home before quoting me with a price. Fernando sent me a text message stating what it would cost for the 1st visit & monthly services there after. The day Vandy was scheduled to come out she no call/no showed. Fernando came out days later to look at my home to see about another cleaner only to tell me he cannot clean my house for the price he initial gave and they could not service me. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Wow! I couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with the service received. I needed three full bathrooms cleaned. The work was extremely detailed. Every area was cleaned thoroughly including the shower doors and mirrors, which sparkled. All of the bathrooms smelled amazing. Stunningly clean! Excellent work!
