"This company is THE MOST reputable, professional, OUTSTANDING company we have ever worked with. We use them for both our home and our office and they are always AMAZING. What makes them amazing? The level of care, integrity and information that they provide. The fact that they are the lowest prices but highest quality. They stand behind EVERYTHING they do. We have had used them for repairs (prior to our new A/C unit) for YEARS and once our A/C finally stopped working, their team came asap and got us setup with a great new unit. We encountered a couple of issues with equipment (no fault of theirs) and they were fast to come and get things replaced. We have had to call them on holidays and weekends and they have ALWAYS come through for us. Not only is the company itself awesome, but literally every member of John's team that we have ever worked with, has been so invested in doing the best job with everything and it clearly shows. Not only is the company and the staff great, but the owner himself (John) sees to things personally and makes sure his customers are taken care of and happy. "We had some bad luck recently with our home that has 2 air conditioner units. They both needed replacing just 1 1/2 months apart. After researching, we selected AM Aire as we found Andrew to be the most honest AC Technician!! He replaced our first unit and even though we had to wait for a part for 5 days in Florida heat for Andrew to replace our 2nd unit , we selected him again even though another company could have installed a new one sooner. Definitely worth the wait, Andrew is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most impressively HONEST!!!! Had another company out for a consult who tried to upsell unnecessary items that did not need repair! We will definitely be using AM Aire for ANY air conditioner issues. "I highly, very highly, recommend Three Guys AC. Aric was awesome. We had an emergent situation that could not wait until the following day. Aric was knowledgable, professional, funny, courteous and respectful of my home. Not only did he fix my problem at nearly 8pm (and showed up 30 mins after my initial call) we discussed a plan for problem that needed to be addressed in the near future. He had the fourth thought to ask if he could use a chemical to clean my coil or if it would be better to use vinegar due to the health issues in my home. He listened. I was panicked when I made the initial call to 3 Guys due to the serious health issues of a family member who I am a care taker for. She can’t be without AC. The next available appointment was the following day. I was so panicked that I hung up on the young man that took my call. He called me back within 10 minutes with a tech already on the way. He had rearranged Aric’s schedule and bumped us up because of the emergency. Thank you!"
