Our A/C stopped working over the holiday weekend. Mark came out immediately and got our A/C working. We decided to cancel our service contract with a big name company, who was not able to come out, and got a service plan with Mark.

Offered to come out at 930 pm to assure no further damage to condenser fan due to defective run capacitor to be sure we would have A/C .

Mark is very knowledgeable and friendly, he really cares about his customers, trust him completely, highly recommend him.

Matt was awesome. He responded immediately to my request for help and came out in the middle of the night. After diagnosing the problem and offering a solution he was willing to start right then or could return about noon. I agreed on noon and he showed up right on time. By 3pm it was finally blowing out cool air! Price was reasonable and work was quick and I have a working air conditioner.

Mark was knowledgeable, timely and very reasonable. I thought I'd need to replace my system and he is helping me keep it going which is helping me plan the expense. Highly recommended.
