They would contact me when they knew he was coming and I could leave a check or pay by credit card over the phone. They came within 2 days (earlier than expected!) and the lady called me and said they were done. I mailed them a check and that was it. Truly a miracle after fussing with 2 other companies."

Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit.
