The woman gave me an estimate over the phone after having me describe exactly what we needed done and said the repair person would be out later that week or the next. They would contact me when they knew he was coming and I could leave a check or pay by credit card over the phone. They came within 2 days (earlier than expected!) and the lady called me and said they were done. I mailed them a check and that was it. Truly a miracle after fussing with 2 other companies."

All screens are tight and so clear that when you look through them it looks like there's no screen there. The men who installed were so polite and professional. It's obvious they take great pride in their work. It was "yes sir" "no sir". It took two days. They totally cleaned up the first evening even though we told them they didn't have to. They said they wanted to so that the dirt wouldn't get damp. The service was prompt, professionally done and excellent quality.
