The woman gave me an estimate over the phone after having me describe exactly what we needed done and said the repair person would be out later that week or the next. They would contact me when they knew he was coming and I could leave a check or pay by credit card over the phone. They came within 2 days (earlier than expected!) and the lady called me and said they were done. I mailed them a check and that was it. Truly a miracle after fussing with 2 other companies."

"This is an awesome, professional team. We signed the contract the first of January and said we needed the work done before February 1st. Well, the work is done and it's awesome!!! All screens are tight and so clear that when you look through them it looks like there's no screen there. The men who installed were so polite and professional. It's obvious they take great pride in their work. It was "yes sir" "no sir". It took two days. They totally cleaned up the first evening even though we told them they didn't have to. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
