"This is an awesome, professional team. We signed the contract the first of January and said we needed the work done before February 1st. Well, the work is done and it's awesome!!! All screens are tight and so clear that when you look through them it looks like there's no screen there. The men who installed were so polite and professional. It's obvious they take great pride in their work. It was "yes sir" "no sir". It took two days. They totally cleaned up the first evening even though we told them they didn't have to. They said they wanted to so that the dirt wouldn't get damp. The service was prompt, professionally done and excellent quality. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "One of our remote drop down screens had come off the track.  As we were lowering our screen, a porch chair was in the way and the screen came off the track.  Shade Solutions installed these remote porch screens three years ago.  No complaints and we love these screens.  Luckily I kept their contact information.  I called Jeff.  He said he was out of town but we come in 3 days when he returned.  He called three days later....came to the house and repaired the screen.  Done.  I would highly recommend Shade Solutions.
