The woman gave me an estimate over the phone after having me describe exactly what we needed done and said the repair person would be out later that week or the next. They would contact me when they knew he was coming and I could leave a check or pay by credit card over the phone. They came within 2 days (earlier than expected!) and the lady called me and said they were done. I mailed them a check and that was it. Truly a miracle after fussing with 2 other companies."

Randall did an excellent job explaining everything to us and scheduled the repairs quickly. They handled everything from communication with the insurance company, detaching the solar panels, replacing gutters as necessary and replacing all other items associated with the roof. Materials used were very high quality. The crew worked really hard to get everything done quickly, as we had storms scheduled to hit the next day. "This is an awesome, professional team. We signed the contract the first of January and said we needed the work done before February 1st. Well, the work is done and it's awesome!!! All screens are tight and so clear that when you look through them it looks like there's no screen there. The men who installed were so polite and professional. It's obvious they take great pride in their work. It was "yes sir" "no sir". It took two days. They totally cleaned up the first evening even though we told them they didn't have to. They said they wanted to so that the dirt wouldn't get damp. The service was prompt, professionally done and excellent quality. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
