Proguard replaced my roof approximately four years ago after Hurricane Irma. It seemed like they did ok, but during Hurricane Ian, my roof started leaking in the same place it had before Proguard replaced it. When I called to ask them to come out and assess, I was told they are too busy and the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude. A four year old roof should not be leaking, and Proguard was no help.

Everything was kinda going fine. They replaced my roof , but left a mess in my yard. Then they fired all the salesmen and in my opinion they were the ones that knew what was going on. After giving them a check for 5800.00I started getting phone calls demanding the whole amount. Which I haven't received. They called me a liar and said I never paid them any money. I got several calls like that, the last one I just hung up on her, because she was almost was so rude wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell her. Neck I get and email stating that I now owe them 6,000.00, they found 1900.00 dollars that I paid They still didn't find the 5800.00. Now I was also told that the final inspection done in 2 weeks, that was over a month ago. They also charged my insurance co. 312.00 for a lightening rod system that was never installed on my house. My insurance isn't paying for it and it makes me mad that a so called reputable company tries to cheat an insurance co. They'll probably say it was a mistake but it wasn't. I don't know if this will get posted on the website, but I'm also going to give a review on google in case it's not. I would not recommend them to anyone. I didn't expected it to be finish in one day. I was shocked and in awed how fast they can get it done. Steve go through step by step with the process with to help guide you with insurance and have it ready in a day. I honestly thought it will take weeks but it come quick as it can. Now I can come home and just look the roof and feel safe.

Steve Pate came to our house at agreeable time and surveyed our damage. As most homeowners know, the process of working with your insurance company is quite frustrating to say the least. Steve was there through the whole process due to hail damage in March. We recommend his company and will use them again if needed.

The work was done on time as promised and completed within 1 day. Our new roof has been receiving very positive reviews in our neighborhood. We are pleased with the style and the shade of colors that we selected. The quality and the guaranteed endurance are a plus!

Replacing a roof is not a glamorous task as there is lots of old roof debris to discard. Our house roof pitch and gable design didn’t make it easy to place a dumpster container in the driveway to slide everything into. Proguard Restoration and their crew manually removed all the debris on to tarps and hand carried them to the dumpster container. After everything was completed you would have never know they were there. Cleanup was perfect! There was even an issue with one of the tarps that accidentally went into the pool and Proguard Restoration had a Pool Company come and clean it afterwards. A special thanks to Randall Moore for the great communication throughout the entire process and for taking care of a few punch list items. We could not be more pleased with Proguard Restoration and would highly recommend them for any project. Thank You for our incredible new roof!!

From the first meeting with Mr. Randall Collin to the final clean up, they did everything they said they would and more. Great communication by Mr. Matt Baker, Production Manager throughout the process, made everything seamless, and easy. Mr. Randall went above and beyond to make sure that we were extremely satisfied! We had damage from a hail storm back in June . Proguard restoration worked with my insurance company and we will be having our roof , screen enclosure, gutters and solar panels replaced. They are very responsive and always willing to answer any and all questions. They have replaced 2 other roofs on our block and have done amazing work. I highly recommend them!

Randall Moore was my point of contact and he contacted me right away to schedule a time to meet my wife and I at the house to explain our options and the repair process. Randall did an excellent job explaining everything to us and scheduled the repairs quickly. They handled everything from communication with the insurance company, detaching the solar panels, replacing gutters as necessary and replacing all other items associated with the roof. Materials used were very high quality. The crew worked really hard to get everything done quickly, as we had storms scheduled to hit the next day. They also worked neat, which is not easy when tearing off thousands of pounds of roofing material. Thanks to everyone at Proguard for a great experience and a beautiful job!

Ryan Quakenbush came out to our home and did a complete roof inspection, sent us closeup pictures of problem areas of the roof, repaired two vent stacks damaged by squirrels and told us no charge - just call them when we decide to get a new roof which could be soon. Could not be more impressed - we will definitely call Proguard and will tell all of our neighbors about them.

I have never been more impressed with a roofing company. As someone who works in the property industry as a maintenance technician I deal with roofers and other major contractors often. They did the roof on my house. Their professionalism and workmanship is second to none. You will not be disappointed with them. Having to deal with other roofers in the past I have noticed that cleaning up well after they are done has been an issue. Not with Proguard Restoration, there wasn't one nail, not one piece of roof shingle left on the ground when they were done. With having kids and a dog to worry about this was incredible. You will not be disappointed and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

I couldn't be more pleased with Randall he was very professional and down to earth . The job was well done and only took a day and a half I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future thanks again proguard restoration...

Mr Steve Pate and his wife Nita Pate worked with myself pool the insurance company to ensure everything was correct and less stress for Mr Steve Pate and his crew were professional, courteous and extremely quiet, everything was cleaned up after work. Steve and his wife came back the next day and cleaned up dust from the patio.

Once it was a identified that we needed a new roof. Proguard restoration took all the pictures, did the estimate and send it to our insurance within 24 hours. They took their time assisting us to ensure that we pick the proper materials needed and to our liking that best matched the house. When ever we had a question Nita was very happy to help us ensuring that we understood and got the answer need it. Once the roof was approved by insurance, proguard restoration sat down with us and took us through step-by-step of the process. They pulled the permits needed and preped the property prior to installing the new roof. At completion of the roof the team ensured that the area around the house was completely cleaned removing all debris and nails. The team that installed my roof were very fast and professional. Nita and Steve came by to inspect the quality of the installers work. We are so happy with the outcome of the new roof and highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. The material and the quality of the work is of the highest standard.
