"Steve the Grout Guy arrived at my house at 8:30am to clean and repair my 18 year old tile floor and grout. He and his crew needed to remove 9 loose tiles, re-attach and grout. Meanwhile his additional crew member was cleaning the rest of the flooring. They pulled up, re-cemented and re-grouted the 9 tiles and cleaned the entire tiled area (about 1800 sq. ft) without chipping, breaking or damaging a single one, in about 3 hours time! Did a really wonderful job, and very reasonable!! You cannot even tell which 9 tiles were redone he did such an excellent job of matching existing grout.
