They removed damaged drywall and trim, took care of the mold, replaced the drywall and trim and painted everything. It took a few weeks but I wasn't in any hurry. A lot of the work involved very high ceilings and stairwells. Jeff B. in particular did a very nice job. They were neat and cleaned up afterwards. Everything looks like it did before the hurricane.

Ended up being more than the 400sq. ft. All the traffic areas. Two nice young men came worked about 2 and a half hrs. Angie's List { H2O} has more than one deal out there. One just clean the tile and grout and one clean the tile and grout and reseal. Make sure you get the one you want and need. I was glad I asked if they resealed because they were leaving and it wasn't resealed. They didn't know that was the deal I signed up for. They resealed and I was very happy with the work when it was dry. Looks great.

Fabulous! I thought I had some permanent stains in my carpets. They removed them. The carpets dried quickly unlike the national chain that overcharges and underperforms. I will always use this company.

They’re excellent! I’m a repeat customer, I’ll keep using them forever. They’re the best! After purchasing the deal, they came out within a couple of days, a week, something like that. I don’t remember. Scheduling was really easy, they’re very dependable. They were very careful with the furniture and stuff. They took the time they needed to do it, they didn’t rush through it.

I think the technician dented my fridge with his wand and have been trying for six weeks to have him to come back with his equipment to see if that was the cause. H20 911 keeps slow rolling me and only responds when I reach out to them. I have asked 3 times to have the tech return with his equipment but now that it's been more than 30 days, Angie's List said my service guarantee no longer applies. I have cancelled my Angie's List subscription and will use other service provider services in the future.

When you made the request we changed around the schedule to make sure we were able to be at your home on the requested day. When are technicians arrived they did inspect the dent and determined that with the angle of the dent our machine could not have caused the dent. I am sorry you were unhappy with the service. We strive to make sure every customer has the best experience possible."
