The owner posted a trailer for sale and advertised “whoever comes with the money first, get’s it”. I drove 45 mins, stopped at the bank, got the cash, park right in front of trailer and out of the blue a person shows up hand the money and he says, sorry I gotta give it to him because he came first (with no money) and just came back. I was already there WITH the money. This makes me think this owner is not trustworthy!! He have no word for what he says.!!! Watch who you trust!!!

They removed damaged drywall and trim, took care of the mold, replaced the drywall and trim and painted everything. It took a few weeks but I wasn't in any hurry. A lot of the work involved very high ceilings and stairwells. Jeff B. in particular did a very nice job. They were neat and cleaned up afterwards. Everything looks like it did before the hurricane.

Ended up being more than the 400sq. ft. All the traffic areas. Two nice young men came worked about 2 and a half hrs. Angie's List { H2O} has more than one deal out there. One just clean the tile and grout and one clean the tile and grout and reseal. Make sure you get the one you want and need. I was glad I asked if they resealed because they were leaving and it wasn't resealed. They didn't know that was the deal I signed up for. They resealed and I was very happy with the work when it was dry. Looks great.

• Based on an Angie’s list recommendation, I contacted Dry Zone/ H2O 911 Restoration. I was told: o they are experienced with cleaning grout o they use a heavy-duty clear sealer, not the standard material used by other companies o they estimate cost based on number of rooms o they will clean and seal my tiles for $384 • When the guys came to do the job on 7/27, they said: o the standard sealing material is only good for 6 months to one year o they doubted that they could get my grout clean o the only solution is to use the upgraded color sealing which would bring the cost to over $1200 based on a measurement. They emphasize that a measurement was a requirement, which is different from original information. • I told them that I think this is egregious bait and switch, which causes me to lose faith in the company

The reason we make the recommendations on the job site is because we never want to preform a service that our customers will not be satisfied with. We do understand that maybe the different kinds of sealant could be a little bit different. Again we are sorry that you had the feeling that we were trying to "bait and switch" you but we only want for our costumers to have end product and not pay for a so so out come."

Geoff was 1/2 hour late, no problem traffic is a bear in the morning. He never checked the attic crawl space. Walked around the house taking measurements. We had to continually call to find out the estimate. Then after several calls we were told they were referring us out.

Fabulous! I thought I had some permanent stains in my carpets. They removed them. The carpets dried quickly unlike the national chain that overcharges and underperforms. I will always use this company.
